Order Fulfilment & Processing

• A minimum of 24 hours is required from the time of order confirmation to begin preparation.

• For bulk orders (above 20 pieces), additional lead time may be necessary. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery timelines. Please ensure your contact details are entered correctly.

Product Freshness & Storage

• All products are made fresh to order and have a shelf life of 30 to 45 days from the date of manufacture.

• To retain quality, store chocolates in an airtight container after opening, away from direct heat or humidity.

• As our products are heat-sensitive, we cannot guarantee resistance to melting, especially during warmer months, despite careful packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders for Mumbai and other domestic locations are dispatched Monday through Thursday only to avoid weekend transit delays and melting risks.

• Saturday and Sunday are considered non-shipping days.

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Studio Pick-Up (Pune Only)

• Customers within Pune may opt for pick-up from our studio at [address].

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. You will be notified once your order is ready.

• Please select the “Store Pick-Up” option at checkout if you wish to use this facility.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Order cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing your order. Post this period, cancellation or modification will not be possible due to fresh preparation commitments.
