At Zeno Innovations, we aim to provide high-quality Zeno AI NFC Cards and seamless digital services through hizeno.ai. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be returned, replaced, or cancelled.
By placing an order on hizeno.ai, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been printed, personalized, or dispatched.

Once the NFC card customization or printing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an eligible order, email us at support@hizeno.ai with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Return Policy
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We only accept returns or replacements if:

The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@hizeno.ai with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
Once verified, we may:

Replace the product at no extra cost, or

Provide a refund in the form of store credit or direct transfer (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-printed NFC cards (with your name, logo, or details).

Digital or virtual services (AI profiles, subscriptions, credits, or chat features).

Issues arising from user mishandling, physical damage after delivery, or incorrect data uploaded by the user.
4. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection or verification.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping or customization costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged or defective NFC card:

Email us within 7 days at support@hizeno.ai.

Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.

Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours.
If verified, a replacement card will be dispatched to you at no extra cost. - Damage: Defective replacement or exchange product will be delivered in 10-12 days.
6. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately after verification.
7. Shipping & Handling Charges

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.

For replacement requests, shipping charges are covered by Zeno Innovations.
8. Digital Services & Subscriptions

Digital products, including AI chat features, Zeno profiles, or online tools, are non-refundable once activated or used.

Subscription fees, renewal charges, and activation costs are not eligible for cancellation or refund once processed.
